Benefits of Comfort Plus HVAC Maintenance Plans

Disclaimer:

  • Plans must be paid for prior to service
  • Applies only to residential systems
  • All agreements are annually and non-refundable
  • Monthly payment plans are required to be paid in full for term to cancel
    • Written request to cancel must be received 30 days prior to auto bill or renewal
  • Agreements can be locked in for 2 years at the same price
  • Larger filters available at a discounted rate should system not use 1” filters
  • Dryer and vent cleaning maybe done by others
    • Dryer vent cleaning through roofs will incur extra charges
  • Automatically renews at a minimum 2 percent increase
    • Price locked in if agreement is signed for multiple years
  • Equipment in attics and crawl spaces will incur extra charges
